  • How do I make my reservation with TravelsUp.com ?

Click the "Book" button from either the Search Results page or from any Hotel Details page for the hotel you wish to book.

Enter the information requested on the booking form. On this page you will enter guest and payment information - including credit card and cardholder information. You will also indicate any preferences or special requests on this page.

On the second page, review the details of your reservation and read important terms and conditions applying to your reservation. Check the box indicating that you have read and agree to all provisions of the Terms and Conditions, then click Confirmed Booking.

  • Can TravelsUp.com take my reservations by phone, or do I have to book online ?

In addition to booking online, you can also call our Customer Service line to make a reservation.

  • How late can I make my reservation ?

Reservations must be made at least 4 days prior to the check-in time, defined as 12:00 noon destination time on the day of check-in. To take advantage of the lowest rates and widest selection, you should make your reservation as early as possible.

  • Can I make a reservation in any other way besides than the online booking form ?

Yes, you can contact us from http://travelsup.com/en/contact/ section with details of your reservation period and also provide hotel name.

  • Is breakfast included with my booking ?

We display the rooms' board types in our search results. Room Only / Bed Only (means no breakfast), Bed and Breakfast, Half-Board, Full-Board, All Inclusive, Ultra All Inclusive, and etc.

  • Can I specify my room preferences (room floor,non-smoking room etc.) ?

We have a section in our booking form for your preferences. We pass this information to the hotel and although we/they can not guarantee, they try to accommodate these requests depending on the availability.

  • How do I know which room type I should reserve ?

Your choice of room type depends on the number and type (i.e. adults/children) of occupants who are to stay in the room. On the Search Page, the room type drop down key specifies the number of occupants which can be accommodated by each type of room.

  • Why should I prepay for my booking ?

The special arrangements with hotel partners which make these great rates possible require payment at time of confirmation.

  • What is the Prepaid Accommodation Voucher, and why do I need it ?

The Prepaid Accommodation Voucher is a document showing that your reservation has been booked and confirmed. We recommend that you print and keep this voucher as some hotels may ask you to present it at the time of check-in. The voucher also holds important reservations information, including your confirmation number and hotel contact information.

  • How can I check the status of my reservation ?

You may check the status of your reservation(s) at any time through the My Booking Link.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel ?

You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards and check out by 12:00 hours.

  • What if the hotel is unable to find my reservation when I check-in ?

In the highly unlikely event that the hotel cannot find your reservation, please be sure to present them your Prepaid Travel Voucher. If problems persist, call our Emergency Customer Service line, available 24 hours a day.

  • TravelsUp.com rates per room or per person ?

Daily rates are always displayed on a per room, per night basis.

  • TravelsUp.com rates include taxes and surcharges ?

The daily rates displayed on TravelsUp.com include all applicable taxes and surcharges.

  • TravelsUp.com charge fee for hotel reservations ?

No, making hotel reservations through our websites consists of only the room price. This means we will be charging you in our specially negotiated rates and pass it to the hotel on behalf of you. The rate you see on the search result is the final price you will pay including tax.

  • Which methods of payments TravelsUp.com support ?

You can pay with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard)

  • Why should I have to pay now for a check-in date who is months away ?

The agreements we have with hotel partners that make our rates so expedient, require payment at the time of confirmation.
Amendment and Cancellation Policy

  • How can I change my reservation ?

For confirmed reservation you should send us an e mail to inform your changes. We will not be bound by nor responsible for any changes and cancellations made directly with the hotel.

  • How can I cancel my reservation ?

You can change the dates, room types and guest names of your booking any time before your check-in date. Changes in your booking wil incur a 15 EUR or 20 USD amendment fee. Please note that, amendment within cancellation period (7 days or 21 days for peak seasons) are not guaranteed as there may not be availability and may require additional charges.

  • How are refunds processed ?


Refunds will be credited to the card used for payment as per our cancellation policy.

We always use the industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, for transmitting your personal information on our web site. Your credit card will only be used during the reservation charging process and then scrambled for preventing unauthorized access. We never share your email and other personal information with third parties or use it for sending unsoliticed email messages.


FOR CHECK IN AT THE HOTEL .:

  • What do I need to provide when I go to check into the hotel ?

After your payment is processed, you will be issued with your Hotel Voucher via email and fax, which you will need to print out, sign and present along with your passport upon checking in to the hotel.
